On Saturday I visited the YNEPF (Yorkshire and North East Powerlifting Federation) Benchpress Championships that were held at Durham ARC. This was my first time at one of these events and I must say that I was impressed by both the athletes and the organisation of the event. Jim Dulling the principle organiser asked me to take some photos of the event. I’ll sort these out in the next couple of days and post them here.
